新京报讯（记者彭镜陶）11月17日中午，一对父子来到北京市西城区消防救援支队送上一面锦旗，上面写着“神兵天降，恩重如山”。原来，11月10日，14岁的男孩因为打不开单元门禁，爬到五楼窗台后被困，消防员及时赶往现场，将男孩救了下来。男孩被困在五楼窗户处。 图源：西城区消防救援支队11月10日11时许，北京市119指挥中心接到报警称，一男孩被困在西城区德胜街道一户人家的5楼窗台上。德胜里小型消防站和什刹海消防救援站的消防员迅速赶往现场，同时联系物业打开门禁。到达现场后，消防员发现，男孩正无助地待在窗户边，有坠落的风险，楼下有许多人聚集围观。据了解，该男孩回家时发现单元门门禁损坏，便在楼下呼唤父母开门，但因父母在家收拾卫生，未能听到，男孩便从1楼顺着防盗窗爬到5楼窗户处，但因体力不支，无法从窗户外进入到房间内。消防员一边组织疏散楼下的围观群众，一边迅速上楼，用安全绳做好保护措施，从室内跳到窗外，然后将腰带绳索绑在男孩腰上，室内的消防员协助将男孩拉进窗内。编辑 彭冲 校对 贾宁
