11月17日，四川甘孜，炉霍县公安局宗塔派出所接到辖区多名群众报警称，放养在山坡上的14头牦牛被盗。县局组成专案组顶着寒风搜寻调查，经过一天一夜不眠不休地奋战，将犯罪嫌疑人抓捕归案，成功将14头牦牛追回。11月19日，县公安局举行牦牛被盗案集中返还仪式，牧民群众满怀感激之情送来一面面锦旗，并纷纷为民警们献上洁白的哈达，场面热烈感人。
