11月13日，两岸电影人年度盛会——金鸡百花电影节将在厦门开幕，近百位台湾电影人受邀出席。13日至16日活动期间，将分别举办台湾电影展映、台湾电影交流会、金鸡海峡两岸暨港澳青年短片季等多项活动。期间将展映《816》《悲情城市》《海上花》等9部台湾电影，8部正在制作的台湾电影将通过金鸡奖平台进行项目推介，一些台湾导演将参加创作交流营活动，深化两岸电影交流与合作。
